PP Is The Default
Almost every item in our range is moulded in PP. It is the standard material for dispenser bodies, housings, actuators and closures because it holds a living hinge, tolerates a wide range of household and personal care chemistry, and moulds repeatably on automatic machines.
Where AS Appears
Two items in our treatment pump range are specified in AS rather than PP: the 20/410 double deck version and the 20/410 aluminium closure version. AS is used where a clear, rigid, glass-like over-cap is part of the product appearance, which is common on serum and skincare packs.

Closure Material Options
On the 1.0 cc 24/410 lotion pump the closure is available in ABS or aluminium. On the 20/410 treatment pump an aluminium closure version is produced. This is the usual route to a metallic appearance without moving the whole dispenser to metal.
What To Confirm With Your Formula
- Send the formula type and pH with your enquiry.
- Test samples with your own filled product, not with water.
- Where a solvent or an aggressive surfactant is involved, run the sample for the shelf life you intend to claim.
- Confirm the gasket and dip tube are acceptable for your chemistry as part of that test.
