NINGBO SMILE COMMODITY CO., LTD is specialised in spray packing and aluminium foil roll. The main products are trigger sprayers, mist sprayers, lotion pumps, aluminium foil roll, cosmetic bottles, cream jars, plastic caps and bottles and other related plastic products.
Our subordinate factory is located in Ningbo, close to the Ningbo and Shanghai sea ports, which keeps inland haulage short and makes mixed container loading straightforward.
We own advanced and professional technology and equipment, including mould design, steel manufacturing, automatic injection moulding, automatic assembly and inspection. On the management side we implement the ISO9001 quality system strictly, in order to provide a solid foundation and protection for the quality of what we ship.

What We Do In House
Manufacturing Capability
Mould Design
Cavity and closure tooling is designed in house, so a neck finish or an actuator change is handled as a tooling job rather than a sourcing job.
Steel Manufacturing
Mould steel is manufactured on site, which keeps tooling revisions and spare cavity work inside our own schedule.
Automatic Injection Moulding
Sprayer bodies, pump housings, closures and caps are moulded on automatic machines for repeatable wall section and shot weight.
Automatic Assembly
Multi-part dispensers are assembled automatically, which is what makes carton counts of 500 to 5000 pieces per carton practical to hold.
Inspection
Inspection is part of the automatic line rather than a separate step at the end, under the ISO9001 system we operate.
Port Proximity
The factory sits between Ningbo and Shanghai sea ports, so a mixed order of dispensers and foil can be consolidated into one container.
