How is the truck shipped?

By Ro-ro or bulk ship from a China main port. Trade terms can be EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF.

What warranty and after sales support do you provide?

The whole vehicle is guaranteed for one year and core parts on some products for two years. Our overseas engineers make regular return visits and provide technical training and manuals before delivery.

Can the body material be changed to stainless steel?

Yes. The standard body is high-strength T420 steel. Stainless steel is available on request. Let us know your waste type and storage duration for material recommendation.
