Recovery system
Pull SF6 from a compartment, compress it oil-free, and park it in storage so the bay can be opened.

GNR builds oil-less SF6 recovery, recycling and reuse systems for GIS, circuit breakers and the crews that maintain them. The job is not to display a factory floor. It is to take gas out, hold it clean, and put it back without an oil film and without a vented cloud.
The problem we take on
When a GIS compartment or an SF6 breaker has to be opened, the gas cannot be treated as waste air. It has to be pulled down, filtered, stored and later refilled — without lubricating oil in the gas path and without leaving a residual pocket that becomes an emission.
Shanghai GNR General Equipment M.F.G supplies that closed loop: recovery systems, oil-less compressors, refill and evacuate devices, and purification packages. If you need a whole solution for recovery and reuse — emission-conscious, oil-free, specified as a package — this is the work we do.

Compression without crankcase oil in the gas. Built for SF6 that has to go back into insulation duty.
Oil-less recovery →
Filter, dry and send the same inventory back into the plant instead of buying a fresh bottle for every outage.
Recycling system →Who already runs the work
Today companies such as CEPRI, ABB (Beijing), Mitsubishi Group and ALSTOM (Suzhou) are among the organizations that have trusted GNR on SF6 handling packages. We do not publish invented tonnages or fake case scores. We publish the names that were already on the site, and we stay with planning, installation and startup of the critical gas path.
How a package is specified
How much SF6 sits in the bay, at what pressure, and how far the hose run will be on the day of the outage.
What residual the owner will accept before the cover comes off. That number sizes vacuum assist, not a marketing slogan.
Compressor, valves and storage chosen so oil does not become the next impurity the lab has to explain.
Planning, installation and first recovery on the real plant — the part GNR already described as the job.

Voltage class, compartment volume if known, current fill pressure, and whether the unit has to roll through a substation gate. We answer with a package sketch, not a form.
