Six stages, all of them ours
Nothing in this list is subcontracted out of sight. That is what lets us fix a problem instead of forwarding it to a supplier.
Design and DFM
We analyse the design for mouldability — draft angles, wall thickness, gate locations — before any steel is cut, and advise where a small geometry change removes a large production risk.
Tooling
High-precision CNC machining and EDM produce hardened-steel moulds that stay dimensionally stable across the life of the programme.
Moulding and stamping
Housings are injection-moulded and terminals stamped, formed and plated in-house, so material and plating are traceable rather than assumed.
Cutting, stripping, crimping
Automatic machines cut, strip and crimp to set parameters, with first-article approval before the run and patrol inspection during it.
Assembly and overmoulding
Connectors are assembled to the cable with expert crimping and robust overmoulding, forming the strain relief as part of the part.
Test and pack
Electrical and functional testing precedes packing, labelling and the outgoing inspection that releases the carton.

We pick the method that answers your actual question, whether that is verifying appearance, testing function, or a small trial run.
The point is a high-precision sample in the shortest possible time, not the cheapest possible sample.
