Rehabilitation Centre Equipping

Rehabilitation Centre Equipping

Rehabilitation equipment is bought once and used every day by patients who are unsteady, in pain, or too small for adult sizing. Getting the configuration right at order matters more than any other decision in the project.

Stage by stage

Where Orders Go Wrong And What We Do About It

Each stage below is a place buyers tell us an order has failed before. The second line is what we change.

01

Patient profile

Problem. Equipment specified without a patient profile covers half the caseload and sits unused for the rest.

How we handle it. We start from impairment levels, age range and body size, and specify configurations against that profile.

02

Configuration selection

Problem. Buying fixed-size aids means stocking three models where one adjustable model would serve.

How we handle it. Adjustable crutches, walking aids and wheelchairs cover a user range, and standing frames are supplied forward-leaning upright or supine.

03

Therapy device selection

Problem. Therapy stops between appointments because patients have nothing at home.

How we handle it. Home-capable devices such as the pulse physiotherapy unit and traction devices can be supplied for centre use and for patient resale.

04

Spare parts

Problem. A loan fleet is out of service waiting for crutch tips or electrode pads.

How we handle it. Consumable spares are quoted with the original order rather than sourced later at short notice.

05

Shipment

Problem. Rehabilitation equipment is bulky and fills a container quickly.

How we handle it. Mobility products ship folded or disassembled and the loading plan is confirmed before production.

06

Training and handover

Problem. Standing frames are used at the wrong tilt or with straps fastened in the wrong order.

How we handle it. Manuals are supplied in your language with the setup sequence, and technical questions are answered online after delivery.

FAQ

Rehabilitation Centre Equipping Questions

What information do you need to specify a centre order

Impairment levels, age range and body size distribution of your patients. That decides frame configuration and sizing before anything else.

Can one model cover both adult and paediatric patients

Not usually. Standing frames and wheelchairs are specified separately for paediatric use, while crutches and walking aids adjust across an adult range.

Do you supply spare consumable parts

Yes. Crutch tips, electrode pads and massage heads are quoted with the original order.

Can we resell home devices to discharged patients

Yes. Several therapy devices are supplied for both clinical and home use and can be branded for resale.

How are bulky items shipped

Folded or disassembled where the design allows, with the container loading plan confirmed before production.
