Chamber Room Checklist Before You Place The Order

Why this comes before model selection

A chamber that will not fit through the door is not a delay, it is a write-off. Work through this list with a tape measure before the model is confirmed, not after the deposit is paid.

1. The room

• Clear floor area, measured wall to wall with existing furniture removed
• Ceiling height - relevant for the OTB at 200 cm interior height and the 1900-2000 mm rigid cabins
• Where the gas unit stands, and whether its noise carries to adjacent rooms
• Access on the entry side of the chamber, plus working clearance around the rest

2. The route in

• Every door width along the route, including the building entrance
• Corridor width at the tightest turn
• Lift car internal dimensions and door opening, or stair landing dimensions
• Whether the route has a threshold, step or ramp

3. The floor

Upper floors, timber floors and raised access floors need the weight checked against the structural allowance. This is a building question, not an equipment question, and it is the buyer's to answer.

4. Power and environment

• Mains voltage and plug standard for your country, confirmed at order
• Circuit capacity for the compressor and concentrator
• Room ventilation and ambient temperature, especially in warm climates
• Optional water chiller air conditioning if the room runs hot

5. If the route does not work

Two options. Soft-shell chambers arrive folded and go anywhere a person can walk. The OHD15 is built from CNC-machined aluminium sections and assembled on site, which is the standard answer where a rigid chamber cannot be carried in whole.
