Buying and pricing
Do you sell direct from the factory?
Yes. Oxygen Times manufactures in Nanjing and sells direct to clinics, studios, distributors and home users worldwide, so you buy at factory pricing and technical questions reach the engineering team.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit, including OEM colour customisation and logo printing.
How do I get a quote?
Message the team on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your target model, quantity and destination port. Most enquiries are answered within 12 hours.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, against volume. Send the models and quantities and the factory will confirm the structure for your market.
Pressure and model choice
What is the difference between 1.5 ATA and 2.0 ATA?
ATA means atmospheres absolute. 1.5 ATA, about 7 psi, is gentler and suits daily home and wellness use. 2.0 ATA, about 14.7 psi, gives a deeper dose per session and is more common in clinics and athlete recovery.
Should I choose a soft-shell or a hard-shell chamber?
Soft-shell chambers are lighter, portable and lower cost, and they get into rooms rigid chambers cannot reach. Hard-shell cabins are rigid, automatic and built for high-utilisation commercial use. Duty cycle usually decides it.
Can a soft-shell chamber reach 2.0 ATA?
Yes. The OTS20 is built for a true 2.0 ATA with professional-grade TPU, a heavy-duty airtight YKK zipper and a reinforced internal metal support frame.
Which model suits a very tall user?
The OTL19 at 2250 mm internal length, the OTL15 in the largest Ø900 x 2200 mm size, or an upright model such as the OTB with 200 cm of interior height.
Production, shipping and support
What is the lead time?
Most chambers are produced and tested within 10 to 30 days depending on model. The OTL19 is quoted at 10 to 20 days and the OTB at 25 to 30 days.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
By sea or air to more than 40 countries, with the export documentation handled by the factory. Door-to-door transit is typically 7 to 40 days depending on the destination and freight method.
What is included with a chamber?
On the soft-shell packages: chamber, integrated air and oxygen system, oxygen mask, nasal cannula, air hoses, pressure gauge, repair kit, user manual and power cable. Hard-shell systems are configured per model.
What warranty do you give?
One year as standard, extendable by two further years on most models, with lifetime online technical support.
Is installation included?
Support is remote: installation guidance and operational training by video and WhatsApp. On-site attendance is not part of the standard supply.
Customisation and compliance
Do you offer OEM, custom sizes or private label?
Yes. Logo printing, chamber and cover colour, packaging, multilingual manuals, accessories, control interface, operating pressure and destination electrical standards are all configurable, from one unit.
Are the chambers certified?
No certification is claimed on this site, because the documentation behind these pages carries no certificate numbers or issuing bodies. If your market requires a specific mark, raise it before ordering - regional certification support is offered as part of the OEM service.
Is anything on this site medical advice?
No. This site describes equipment and common use settings. How a hyperbaric chamber may be used, and by whom, is set by the regulations of the country it is installed in, and the buyer is responsible for meeting them.
