Nepson builds the three machines that solve that sentence: a ≤6 ms static transfer switch, a programmable AC source that can be 50 Hz, 60 Hz or 400 Hz, and a 1000–4000 kVA shore-power converter.

3 Phase Static Transfer Switch
Dual-source STS that hands a live load from a preferred feeder to a backup feeder in ≤6 ms.
Inverter Power Supply
HPA-series variable-frequency AC source that reproduces the voltage and frequency used in any market.
Shore Power Static Frequency Converter
Container or indoor static frequency converter from 1000 kVA to 4000 kVA for ship-to-shore power.
Why this equipment exists
Buyers do not buy “a converter”. They buy a way out of a specific outage or a frequency mismatch.
The preferred feeder just died
The HPS static transfer switch sits between two independent AC inlets. Source A is priority. If A collapses, an SCR path moves the load to B in ≤6 ms — inside the ride-through window of most IT PSUs.
The destination grid is not your lab grid
The HPA series holds rated power up to 300 VAC (520 VAC per phase) at any frequency from 40 Hz to 499.9 Hz, so a Shenzhen bench can look like a 60 Hz plant or a 400 Hz aircraft bus.
The ship is 60 Hz and the quay is 50 Hz
Shore-power frames from 1000 kVA to 4000 kVA convert the quay into the ship’s voltage and frequency. Container units are listed IP65; indoor units IP32.
