Rubber EVA Foam Mat

Rubber-Blended EVA Tiles for Weight Areas and Anti-Fatigue Workstations

Product Overview

What This Mat Is and Who It Is For

The Rubber EVA Foam Mat blends rubber with EVA foam to produce a denser, harder-wearing tile than our standard lines. At 80 kg/m3 and Shore A 38-45 it takes point loads from racks and machines without permanently denting.

It is the specification to quote when the floor has to survive equipment rather than only bodies - free-weight zones, commercial fitness centres and industrial standing workstations.

  • Rubber and EVA foam blend
  • 80 kg/m3 density, Shore A 38-45 hardness
  • Formamide index below 200 ppm
  • Lies flat without curling at the edges

Key Benefits

What the Buyer Gets

Rubber-blend surface for extra durability

A floor that holds its shape under equipment rather than taking a permanent impression

Excellent grip under heavy equipment

Grip that keeps racks and benches from walking across the room

Superior wear resistance

Relief for staff standing at a workstation for a full shift

Stable, flat laying without curling

Protection for the slab underneath, which is far more expensive to repair

Who it is for

  • Commercial fitness centre and weight-room fit-out suppliers
  • Industrial distributors selling anti-fatigue matting
  • Gym equipment brands bundling flooring with racks and platforms

Problems it solves

  • Dropped weights damage both the floor and the equipment
  • Standard foam tiles compress permanently under rack feet
  • Standing on concrete all shift causes fatigue and back complaints
  • Lighter tiles creep and curl under heavy rolling loads

Application scenarios

  • Heavy-duty gym zones
  • Weightlifting areas
  • Commercial fitness centres
  • Industrial anti-fatigue workstations

Manufacturing and Quality Control

How This Mat Is Made and Checked

Compounding

EVA resin and additives are weighed and mixed to the density the order calls for - 70-75 kg/m3 for standard lines, 80 kg/m3 for tatami and rubber-blend tiles.

Foaming

The compound is foamed into blocks on our own foaming lines. This is the step that fixes density, hardness and how the mat will behave under load.

Lamination

Printed film or suede surfaces are laminated onto the foam base for the wood-grain, plush and printed puzzle lines.

Die-cutting

Blocks are cut to tile size and the interlocking puzzle teeth are die-cut. Cut accuracy is what decides whether the seams close cleanly on site.

Quality control

Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final sampling before every shipment.

Packing and shipping

Shrink-wrapped inner packing with a carton outer, loaded close to Shanghai and Qingdao seaports.

Use Guide

Laying and Maintaining the Floor

Lay the tiles on a clean, level slab; the flatter the base, the better the tile sits.

Run the heaviest equipment over the thickest specification you have quoted.

Keep spare tiles from the same production batch for later replacement.

Sweep grit off the surface before it gets ground in under equipment.

Clean with a damp mop and a mild detergent; avoid solvents.
