Requirement

Specification
We confirm density, hardness, thickness, size and surface, and flag anything that needs a test report for your market.
Sampling
Samples go out by express with freight collect. The courier charge is refunded on your first bulk order.
Tooling and print
Die-cut tooling and printed film or laminated surfaces are prepared in house.
Production
120+ workers and automated foaming and cutting lines run the order.
Quality control
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final sampling before shipment.
Packing
Shrink-wrapped inner with carton outer, or your own retail packaging.
Shipping
Loaded close to Shanghai and Qingdao. Regular orders ship within 30 days.
