Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer. Our factory in Suqian, Jiangsu covers 18,000 m2 and has been producing EVA foam mats for over 25 years.
What certifications do you hold?
The factory is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, audited under BSCI, and holds GRS certification. Our products are TUV-tested against REACH and EN71.
What is your production capacity and lead time?
More than 120 experienced workers and up to 150x40'HQ containers shipped per month. Regular orders are delivered within 30 days.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We send samples by express with freight collect, and the courier charge is refunded on your first bulk order.
Do you offer OEM and ODM service?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM to build your brand - custom sizes, thicknesses, colours, patterns and packaging.
Which markets do you export to?
The USA, Canada, Europe and Japan. We also manufacture OEM products for Amazon sellers.
What are your payment terms and warranty?
We accept T/T, L/C, D/P and O/A. We provide 24/7 after-sales support and a 2-year product warranty.
What about the quality of your EVA foam mats?
Our mats are made from non-toxic, harmless EVA foam and LDPE - environmentally friendly materials. Every batch is tested, and our products are certified to REACH and EN71 standards.
Which seaport do you ship from?
We are located in Shuyang, Jiangsu Province, close to both Shanghai and Qingdao seaport, which keeps logistics flexible and cost-effective.
What is the formamide level in your mats?
The formamide index is below 200 ppm on the lines where it is specified.
Which density should I order?
70-75 kg/m3 covers general training, home and play use. Choose 80 kg/m3 where the floor takes throws or heavy equipment.
