The Puzzle Baby Play EVA Foam Mat is our child-use line: interlocking puzzle tiles printed with letters, numbers, cartoon and toy patterns. The print gives a child something to do with the floor itself, and the foam gives a parent a soft landing under a crawling or unsteady toddler.
This is the line buyers scrutinise hardest, so it is the one we document hardest. Formamide is held below 200 ppm and the product is tested by TUV against REACH and EN71.

Compounding
EVA resin and additives are weighed and mixed to the density the order calls for - 70-75 kg/m3 for standard lines, 80 kg/m3 for tatami and rubber-blend tiles.
Foaming
The compound is foamed into blocks on our own foaming lines. This is the step that fixes density, hardness and how the mat will behave under load.
Lamination
Printed film or suede surfaces are laminated onto the foam base for the wood-grain, plush and printed puzzle lines.
Die-cutting
Blocks are cut to tile size and the interlocking puzzle teeth are die-cut. Cut accuracy is what decides whether the seams close cleanly on site.
Quality control
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final sampling before every shipment.
Packing and shipping
Shrink-wrapped inner packing with a carton outer, loaded close to Shanghai and Qingdao seaports.

Laying and Maintaining the Floor
Lay the tiles on a clean, dry, flat floor and press the puzzle teeth together.
Use the straight border strips so the play area has a finished edge.
Wipe with a damp cloth and a mild detergent; avoid solvents and bleach.
Let the mat dry fully before a child uses it again.
Separate the tiles and store them flat when the room is needed for something else.

Are these mats safe for babies?
The mats are made from non-toxic EVA foam, are BPA-free and phthalate-free, hold a formamide index below 200 ppm, and are tested by TUV against REACH and EN71.

Yes. Our test reports are published on the certificates page and we share the complete set with serious buyers on request.
Can we have our own printed designs?

What thickness works best for a play area?
