Five Drive Series Covering Grid Machinery and Off-Grid Pumping
KEVAN designs and manufactures variable frequency drives, high-performance vector inverters and solar pump inverters for machine builders, pump integrators and irrigation contractors who need motors to run reliably where the power supply is weak, single-phase only, or entirely off-grid.

KV100 Series Economic Frequency Inverters
The entry point into the KEVAN range - open-loop vector control, real protection functions and full output in a 50 C cabinet, at a price that survives a volume bill of materials.

KV600 Series High Performance Vector Inverters
The heavy-duty tier - closed-loop vector control, encoder feedback and torque at near-zero speed for machinery that starts loaded.
Explore The Series →
KV500 Series Solar Pump Inverters
One series for the site that has single-phase power, or no power at all, but a three-phase pump.
Explore The Series →
SV13 Series Photovoltaic Water Pump Inverters
The compact book-style solar pump tier - one narrow body covering almost every small and mid-size pump voltage.
Explore The Series →
SV20 Series Solar Pump Inverters
The full-feature solar pumping platform, for supervised irrigation districts and export projects.

KV500 Series Solar Pump Inverter
Runs a three-phase 380V pump or machine from a single-phase 220V supply or straight from PV panels, with no phase converter in between.
View Specifications →
SV13 Series Photovoltaic Water Pump Inverter
A narrow book-style solar pump drive covering almost every small and mid-size pump voltage, with app monitoring and grid backup built in.

Industries That Buy KEVAN Drives

Wire and Cable
Wire drawing lines, pay-off racks and coating machines live or die on tension control. KEVAN builds the drive layer that keeps it steady.
See The Application →
Machine Tools and Metal Products
Spindles and forming machinery need speed that holds when the cut loads up, and a drive that survives a hot, dusty workshop.
See The Application →
Plastics Papermaking and Packaging
Extruders, pulpers and converting lines start into full, viscous loads and then have to hold tension for hours.
See The Application →
Textile Printing and Dyeing
Textile and dyeing plants buy drives by the dozen, fit them in crowded panels and expect them to run continuously.
See The Application →
Water Treatment
Water treatment runs its pumps, compressors and mixers continuously. Stability under varying load matters more than peak specification.
See The Application →
Agriculture and Irrigation
Irrigation and livestock watering are where diesel is most expensive and the grid is least likely to reach.
See The Application →Six Failures That Stop Motors on Real Sites
Every KEVAN series exists because of a specific one of these.
Only Single-Phase Power on Site
Remote farms, workshops and retrofit sites often have nothing but single-phase 220V, while the machinery needs three-phase 380V. The KV500 takes single-phase 220V in and delivers three-phase 380V out, so no step-up transformer or phase converter is needed.
No Grid at All
Boreholes and irrigation districts far from any line cannot run a conventional pump starter. The SV13 and SV20 solar pump inverters run the pump straight from PV panels with MPPT, and fall back to AC when the sun goes.
Heavy Loads That Stall on Start
Wire drawing machines, hoists and extruders need torque before they need speed. The KV600 holds 200% rated torque at 0.5Hz under closed-loop vector control instead of tripping on overcurrent.
Hot, Dusty Cabinets
Derating in a 45°C cabinet quietly costs output all summer. KV100 runs with no derating up to 50°C and uses an independent air duct so dust stays out of the power section.
Unreliable or Weak Grid Voltage
Brownouts stop production lines mid-cycle. The KV600 keeps running with derating when grid voltage drops, and the SV20 uses grid-adaptive control to meet different national grid-access rules.
Pumps Running Dry and Burning Out
An unattended borehole pump that keeps running on an empty well destroys itself. Dry-run protection, tank-full detection and low-water probe input stop the pump before damage occurs.

How the System Gets Specified Not Just the Drive

Solar Water Pumping Systems
From the array on the ground to the water in the tank, specified as one system rather than a box on a wall.

Single-Phase to Three-Phase Power
The site has single-phase 220V. The machine wants three-phase 380V. The KV500 closes that gap inside the drive.

Agricultural Irrigation Pumping
Replacing diesel and unstable grid pumping with an array, a drive and a pump that starts itself at sunrise.

Livestock Watering
Water at the trough every day, on remote pasture, without a generator or a water truck.

Renewable Energy Integration
Where solar alone is not enough, pumping can be carried by a mix of renewable sources.

Solar Water Pump Inverter Applied in Saudi Arabia
Irrigating at scale in desert conditions means large pumps far from any grid connection, with nobody on site to start and stop them.

KV600 on a Straight Wire Drawing Machine
Drawing has to hold diameter, roundness, metallographic structure, surface finish and straightness - all of which depend directly on tension and synchronisation between stages.

KV600 on a Power Pay-Off Rack
Rising demands for precision and reliability put the burden on the drive: controlling motor speed, holding process efficiency and protecting product quality.

KV600 on a Coating Machine
The process splits into constant tension unwinding, multi-level synchronous control through coating, and constant tension rewinding - each stage dependent on the one before.
