How Custom Lighting Orders Work
Every custom lighting order begins when the customer sends a drawing or dimensions. Jedaz re-draws the item based on that input and returns it for written approval. Production runs only after the drawing is signed off. All items are checked against the approved drawing before packing.
What You Can Change in a Custom Order
Most items in the catalogue allow custom sizes. Finish options are available on most lighting, including chrome, gold and others. Crystal fittings can be specified with Swarovski, Egyptian or K9 crystal. Upholstered furniture can be supplied in another fabric, such as velvet, linen or leather.
What Is Not Included in the Customisation
The process does not include changes to the construction method, lamp life, lumen output, colour rendering, fade resistance, load rating, fire rating or cleaning chemistry. These are not adjustable through the drawing approval process.
How Quality Is Maintained
All items are checked against the approved drawing. Dimensions are verified against the signed specification. Finish and colour are checked across the item.No other quality checks are performed beyond this.
When to Contact Us Before Approval
If the fitting is to be installed in a bathroom, shower room, covered terrace, pool hall, spa area or commercial kitchen, tell us before approving the drawing. These spaces may require a higher IP rating than the standard IP20 found on all decorative fittings.
