Alabaster is a natural stone, so variation in colour and texture is expected between blocks. Spheres are matched within one fitting, but a later order will not be identical to an earlier one.

What lamps does it take and are they included?

It uses two SMD LED modules, 24W each, for a total of 48W. Confirm at order stage whether you want lamps supplied or whether you are lamping on site.

Can we have it in chrome or gold instead of brushed brass?

Yes. Brushed brass is the standard finish on this model and chrome and gold are available. Other finishes can be quoted if you send the reference.
