How do you decide which machines we need?
We work backwards from the parts you handle and the throughput you want, then list the machines that cover those operations and nothing more.
Can we start with one machine and add later?
That is the normal route. Buy the machine that closes the biggest gap first, then add as the workload justifies it.
What about installation in our country?
Manuals ship with every machine and our engineers answer commissioning questions on WhatsApp. On site attendance is quoted case by case. TBC per destination.
What payment terms apply?
TT 30% with order and 70% before shipment, or irrevocable L/C at sight. Trade terms are FOB, CFR, CIF.
Do you hold stock?
Some models are held, others are produced to order. Stock position is confirmed per model when you ask, rather than promised in general.
