What The Machine Is Used For
The wire brush machine is mainly used for solid wood panels, flooring and solid wood board: brushing the surface of a groove, wire drawing, natural wood brushing, and work on wood board, synthetic materials and textures. After processing, the wood surface carries a natural concavo-convex grain in which the main and collateral channels are clear, and any follow up processing reads more strongly. Typical uses are archaised embossed flooring, drawn flooring, furniture board, surface texture work on decorative plate, veneer processing, and straight thread processing on wood plastic composite board.
Working Range
Maximum working belt width is 600 mm or 1300 mm depending on configuration. Actual processing thickness is 0.3 to 110 mm, and up to 160 mm in some builds. Because the specific function differs between models, the configuration differs a little too. Feeding is by lower supporting roller or belt, with adjustable feed speed, and the feed table structure can be chosen so the height either lifts accurately or stays fixed.
Why The Texture Comes Out Even
This machine is designed for archaised flooring, furniture, table boards and handicraft work, producing a plane surface that is skid free, three dimensional and attractive. The conveyor belt, drawing roller and polishing roller each run on their own motor and the feed uses frequency conversion, which gives better surface effect and more precise control. Drawing and polishing rollers can be easily removed or re-arranged, and positioning precision is calculated using high accuracy fittings, so the machine is easy to operate and easy to read.
The Disc Brush Swing Device
Disc brushes have a swing device, which makes the stereo feeling of the board texture more apparent. Each group of disc brushes rises and falls independently. Depending on the board texture you want, a different model deploys a different number of disc brushes, drawing rollers and polishing rollers, and the machine can be customised to the client's requirement.
