The ACB is a three- or four-pole, fixed or draw-out type circuit breaker for AC 50Hz/60Hz systems with rated voltages up to 690V and rated currents from 630A to 6300A. It provides overload, short-circuit, under-voltage, and single-phase earth fault protection for power distribution in industrial, commercial and high-rise building applications. The breaker is built to IEC60947-2 and GB14048.2, and includes intelligent protection with selectable trip types and communication-ready controller options. It is suitable for use in power stations, factories, mines (for 690V), and intelligentized buildings where selective protection and reliable power continuity are required.

Ratings are as published for this model. Where a value is not published we mark it TBC rather than estimating it.
| Conventional MCB/MCCB | Handles much higher current and breaking capacity, suitable for main distribution rather than branch circuits |
|---|---|
| Draw-out ACB vs Fixed ACB | Draw-out allows for maintenance without power interruption but adds cost and space; fixed is simpler and lower cost |
| H-type controller vs L-type | H-type adds communication and remote monitoring but increases cost and complexity |
| ACB vs Switchgear panel | ACB is a component; panel builders integrate it into a complete system with other devices |
