Can a smart breaker replace the RCD in a domestic board
Only if you choose the residual current version. The Tuya WiFi RCBO models provide earth leakage protection as well as remote switching. The plain smart MCB models do not.
Will the breaker still protect the flat if the WiFi drops
Yes. Overload, short circuit and residual current protection are mechanical and independent of the network.
Do AFDDs fit a normal consumer unit
Yes. The AFDD range is DIN rail mounted at 230V 50Hz to IEC62606 and fits alongside conventional devices.
Can supply be scheduled per tenancy
Yes. Timing, delay and cycle switching are set in the Tuya SmartLife app on the smart breaker models.
