Sintered silicon carbide nozzles and sleeves

Product Overview

Sintered Silicon-Nozzle

The products have the characteristics of high flexing strength at elevated temperatures, high thermal shock resistance, high corrosion resistance and high thermal conductivity, high resistivity against alkalis.

Sintered silicon carbide burner nozzle application: the products are mainly of kiln furniture in the manufacture of high tension ceramic insulator, construction ceramics, sanitary wares and domestic ceramics. Also, recrystallized carbide refractory are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industries for its unique, excellent properties.

The nozzles are used mainly to PDC drill bits and cone roller bits for flushing, cooling and lubricating drill bit tips and cleaning stone chips in the well bottom with drilling liquid in the working condition of high pressure, vibration, sand and slurry impacting during oil and natural gas prospecting. The products have good wear and impact resistance.
