Powder to Finished Part

Powder Preparation

Production begins with the raw materials in powder form, prepared on the spray granulator.

Forming

The prepared powder is formed into green parts on the dry press.

Sintering

High temperature vacuum sintering in the sintering stove.

Grinding And Polishing

CNC grinding and polishing bring the seal faces to final geometry.

Testing

Hardness testing and physical testing before the parts are released.
