Howcool Insulated Flip-Flap (Hinged) Doors are traditional swing doors with PU-core leaves, used for personnel and hand-trolley access in cold rooms and processing areas. Half of the door sits embedded in the frame — air-tightness and insulation performance are excellent, making them suitable for ambient -45℃ to 50℃ environments.
Plastic and panel combine into the shell with integrated polyurethane foaming — no cold bridge, excellent thermal preservation. Color steel sheet skin with arc processing around the door for smooth cleaning. Door frame fitted with self-temperature-control electric heating strip — no external thermostat needed. Flexible plastic sealing string with built-in magnetic strip seals against minor manufacturing tolerances.
