Send a drawing, a sample or a photograph with dimensions, and we quote that chair rather than the nearest one in our catalogue.
What This Means in Practice
Most of our work starts from something the customer already sells. A photo from a competitor's listing, a chair shipped to us from a previous supplier, or a tender drawing with dimensions and material calls. We break it down into the parts that drive cost - foam density, upholstery grade, frame gauge, mechanism, gas lift class, base material, castor type - and quote each level so you can see where your target price is actually being spent.

Enquiry with referenceDrawing, photograph with dimensions, or a physical sample sent to the factory.

Build breakdown and quotationWe price the chair at the material levels that reach your target, and say plainly which ones do not.

Pre-production sampleMade to the confirmed specification. Sample fee charged up front and refunded when the order is placed.

Sample confirmationYou approve, or mark changes and we resample. Production does not start before sign-off.

Production and inspectionRun to the confirmed sample, then inspected before the container is sealed.
