What This Means in Practice
Two kinds of buyer need parts. Assemblers who import components and build locally to cut freight volume and duty, and distributors who have to support chairs they sold three years ago. We supply chair parts either way. For after-sales stock, order the parts with the chairs so the spares match the production batch - gas lift strokes and base fitments vary between models and a nominally identical part from a later run does not always drop straight in.

Identify the modelGive the item number from the original order, or photographs of the part and its fitment.

Quantity and packingParts pack far denser than chairs, so they are often used to fill out a container.

Ship with the orderSpares from the same production batch fit and match the chairs they support.
