Where We Are and Why It Matters
The factory sits west of Shengshilu in Shigou Village, Shengfang Town, Bazhou City, Hebei Province. Shengfang is a furniture manufacturing centre: foam, steel tube, plywood shells, mesh fabric, gas lifts, nylon bases and castors are all bought within a short drive of the workshop. That density is the reason a colour change or a base swap does not add weeks to a quotation, and it is the reason a mixed container can be assembled without waiting on parts from three provinces. How We Work With Importers
Most enquiries arrive as a photo and a price. We reply with the build that reaches that price honestly: which foam, which leather grade, which gas lift class, which base. If the price cannot be reached without a quality level you would not want to sell, we say so instead of shipping it and letting you find out. A pre-production sample is made and confirmed first. Production runs to that confirmed sample, and a pre-shipment inspection is carried out before the container is sealed.
