What This Means in Practice
Colour is where most repeat-order friction comes from. An operator colour scheme, a retail season or a hotel interior spec has to hold across chairs that are built differently - a mesh back, a PU seat and a velvet dining chair do not take colour the same way. We work from your swatch or Pantone reference, sample the colour on the actual material for each model, and keep the approved material reference on file so the second order matches the first.

Reference suppliedPantone number, a physical swatch, or a sample of the material you are matching.

Material samplingThe colour is sampled on each material in the range, not just on one.

ApprovalYou approve per material. Where a material cannot hold the colour, we say so.

Reference kept on fileThe approved materials are held as the standard for repeat orders.
