Bac Ninh, Vietnam — the second plant, opened 2019
After running Shenzhen since 2005, AS Precision opened an overseas CNC plant in Bac Ninh to put capacity and tariff options on the same drawing.
The Vietnam page is explicit about what the plant is for: turning parts, simple milling parts, and Swiss-type parts, aimed at the US market and the global chain. It also says the plant wants larger quantity per order.
The commercial reason is written on the same page: Vietnam–overseas trade agreements and a tariff advantage compared with manufacturing the same part in China.
Homepage copy adds the operating picture: both factories can produce in batches, multiple machines run, Monday–Saturday, three shifts, with a fastest stated global delivery of 10 days when the job allows.
