Quality and craftsmanship on the print, not in the brochure
The quality page lists six reasons a buyer can trust a shipment. None of them are slogans. They are equipment, tolerance habit, a published first-time rate, calibration, training, and tooling investment.
EquipmentBeyond manual instruments, calibrated automated inspection equipment is in use.
High standardTight tolerances are treated as normal because of the industries served, including prosthetics and robotics.
First-time rate99.8% “quality the first time.” The page states the shop is not satisfied with that number.
Calibration routineAll measuring instruments are calibrated on a regular schedule.
TrainingEvery skilled machinist completes classes on inspection, print reading, and job setups.
Tooling investmentThe right equipment and the right tooling for the job, not a generic cutter crib.
About-page wording on the management system: procedures run from material certificate through production monitoring records to the inspection quality report, “in compliance with ISO standards every step of the way.” The forging page names ISO 9001. No certificate number is published on the live site, so none is repeated here.
