Detail Characteristics
1. Top opening cover is designed with the energy-saving, larger capacity of the same specification, can put more works.
2. Add heating at the bottom, surround the heating wire on 7 sides, and raise the temperature in a three-dimensional way. Compared with other kilns, the heating is balanced, the firing is more stable, and the fired porcelain is more colorful.
3. Three capacity specifications are available (GW-08Mini 0.014m3, GW-08M 0.027m3, GW-08L 0.054m3), meet different needs.
4. The weight is easy to carry, two adults can easily lift it.
5. Split controller has a longer service life.
6. Support multiple firing modes. Such as plain firing, baking, underglaze color, overglaze color, glaze firing, blue and white porcelain, etc
7. High quality 1300 ℃ silicon molybdenum wire is selected, which greatly improves the firing temperature limit and service life of the electric kiln. Other manufacturer use 1200 ℃ silicon molybdenum wire, the maximum temperature can only reach 1200 ℃, and the service life is short.
8. Five layers of energy gathering (silicon molybdenum wire+light mullite brick+high temperature high aluminum wool board+2.0 steel plate+ folded type plate paint on both sides), safe thermal insulation and temperature locking, reduce heat emission, lower the temperature of the kiln body.
9. The shell is treated against scalding, it is heat-resistant, impact resistant, scratch resistant and easy to clean
10. There is an air vent at the top and bottom, which is convenient and faster for heat dissipation, and the water vapor can be dispersed from the channel.
11. Exquisite universal wheel, made of anti pressure material, is equipped with a fixed locking rotating device, which is convenient for handling and moving.
12. Four colors are available: green, blue, silver, black.
