This atmosphere ceramic sintering furnace has ample room, available for both laboratory sintering studies and industrial production.
It’s mainly used in electronic components (resistors, capacitors), art ceramics, structural ceramics, textile ceramics, electronic ceramic filters, thick film circuits, magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, electronic powder, rare earth chemicals, ceramic substrates, high aluminum ceramics and its metallization, contact materials, hard alloy materials, tungsten, molybdenum and other materials industry sintering preparation.
Main Features
1. Max. Temperature 1500C, continue working temperature RT-1450°C.
2. 30 segments programmable and auto control.
3. Ceramic fibre furnace chamber, to ensure a fast heating rate, and save power.
4. By using special lining import from Japan and heating elements made of pure type, protected against chemical contamination at the best.
5. Double layers steel casing with fan cooling, to ensure the surface of furnace below 50.C, safety for the operator.
6. There are 2 way atmosphere control system, can work with inert-atmosphere,such as Nitrogen, Argon….etc.
7. With the exhaust device(an exhaust chimney in the top of the furnace), effectively remove volatiles generated during sintering.
8. Beautiful and novel design, practicable.
