Product Overview
Model HTK-JZJ-01 homogeniser with a working capacity of 1000 to 15,000 litres per hour, built in SUS304 or SUS316L. It produces superfine liquid-liquid emulsions and liquid-solid dispersions for dairy and juice production, including pasteurised milk, UHT milk, yoghurt, soy milk, peanut milk, flavoured milk, and orange, mango, apple, pear and coconut juice as well as tomato paste. Standard components include a stainless steel cover, motor, pressure gauge, piston and sealing rings rated for high temperature, inlet and outlet valves and pump.
Key Benefits
- Stops fat separating out during shelf life instead of masking it
- Handles both liquid-liquid emulsions and liquid-solid dispersions
- Capacity from 1000 to 15,000 litres per hour
- High temperature resistant sealing rings for hot product duty
- Used across dairy, juice and plant based drinks
Problems It Solves
- Cream line forming in bottled milk during storage
- Sediment and separation in juice and plant based drinks
- Mouthfeel that does not match the target product
- Seals failing where product is homogenised hot

Customisation Options
What Can Be Varied
- Capacity from 1000 to 15,000 litres per hour
- Operating pressure for the product
- Single or two stage homogenising head
- Seal specification for product temperature
- Integration with pasteuriser or steriliser
Compared With The Alternatives
| Centrifugal separator | The separator splits phases apart; the homogeniser does the opposite, breaking fat globules down so they stay dispersed. Dairy lines normally use both. |
|---|---|
| High shear mixing | High shear mixing disperses powders in a tank; homogenising applies far higher pressure in line and is what gives a stable emulsion. |
Use Guide
- Homogenise at the temperature the process flow specifies, usually around 65°C
- Set pressure for the product rather than running at maximum
- Keep spare piston seals in stock, since they are the consumable item
- Position the homogeniser in the pasteuriser circuit as the process flow shows
