Enquiry
You are carrying eight product lines from five suppliers and no one can quote the whole list.
Send the full list. We quote across every category we carry rather than cherry-picking the easy lines.
Specification
Product names in a catalogue do not tell you whether an item fits your cabinet or your framing.
We work from the dimension that matters: cabinet width for baskets, thread pitch for screws, substrate for coil, voltage for strip.
Quotation
Prices arrive per supplier and the real landed cost is impossible to compare.
One quotation covers the whole list, so the comparison you make is against your current total, not against eight invoices.
Confirmation
Delivery dates slip because nobody confirmed the schedule against the current order book.
We ask every buyer to confirm price and delivery time with us before the order is placed. When the order book is full we say so.
Production
Finishes drift between batches and the trade counter sees it as a defect.
Finish is written into the item, not left to the batch. White zinc, blue zinc and yellow zinc are separate specifications.
Packing
Cartons arrive unmarked and the warehouse has to open them to find out what is inside.
Carton marking and labelling follow your requirement, and colour box packing is available on agreed quantities.
Loading
Part containers on several lines waste freight.
Mixed-item loading puts several product ranges into one container.
After Sales
A problem two months after delivery goes to a shared mailbox and stalls.

What finishes are available on your anchors and bolts
Zinc plating is the standard finish. Threaded rod is listed in white zinc and blue zinc. For other finishes tell us the item and quantity and we will confirm what the factory can run.
Can you supply anchors bolts nuts and washers on one order
Yes. Consolidating the whole fixing range on one order is the main reason importers buy this category from us, and it keeps freight and paperwork to one shipment.
What is the difference between your coarse thread and fine thread drywall screws
Coarse thread is for fixing board into timber framing. Fine thread is for light gauge steel studs. We list them as separate products so the two never end up in the same carton.
Which zinc finishes do you run on drywall screws
Coarse thread drywall screw is listed in a plain finish and in a yellow zinc plated version, and fine thread drywall screw is listed in white zinc. Confirm the finish on your order so repeat shipments match.
