- Wait 1 second for the reading to appear; the device will show temperature and health indicator
- For surface mode, switch the mode and point at the object (food, bath water, room surface)

Can we get a sample first?
Samples are free when the total sample value is under 5 US dollars and you have a DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx account and cover the courier freight.
How does payment work?
30% deposit before mass production and the balance before shipment. T/T is our usual method; ask us if you need another arrangement.
Are batteries included?
No. The unit takes 2 x AAA batteries and they are excluded by default. We can include them if your market allows battery shipment.
