A fixture that is perfect when it leaves the line and bent when it arrives is a failed order. This is how our packing is built and checked.

Single Packaging Per Piece

Every product in this catalogue is packed singly. Multi-packing decorative fixtures saves volume and transfers damage from one piece to the next when a carton is dropped.

Rings and Long Linears Are the Risk

A 600 or 800 mm ring and a 1200 mm linear are the two shapes that deform in transit. Both are protected across their full span rather than only at the ends, because a mid-span impact is what bends a ring.

Drop Testing the Carton

All our products can pass the standard of drop test, which is how we verify the packing before a run ships rather than after a customer opens a container.

Marking for Site Unpacking

On project orders cartons are marked per line item so a site can unpack by room type or by floor instead of opening every box to find one fixture.

What to Check on Arrival

Photograph any damaged carton before opening it. A carton photograph is what supports a transit claim, and once the box is opened the evidence is gone.
