Mould Design

Cavity and closure tooling is designed in house, so a neck finish or an actuator change is handled as a tooling job rather than a sourcing job.

Steel Manufacturing

Mould steel is manufactured on site, which keeps tooling revisions and spare cavity work inside our own schedule.

Automatic Injection Moulding

Sprayer bodies, pump housings, closures and caps are moulded on automatic machines for repeatable wall section and shot weight.

Automatic Assembly

Multi-part dispensers are assembled automatically, which is what makes carton counts of 500 to 5000 pieces per carton practical to hold.

Inspection

Inspection is part of the automatic line rather than a separate step at the end, under the ISO9001 system we operate.

Port Proximity

The factory sits between Ningbo and Shanghai sea ports, so a mixed order of dispensers and foil can be consolidated into one container.

Alloy 8011 Foil With The Numbers Published

Household aluminium foil roll in alloy 8011 soft temper, from 9 to 30 micron, 200 to 600 mm wide and 3 to 300 m long. Twenty four roll formats are published with rolls per carton, carton size, cube and 40HQ loading quantity, so freight per roll can be modelled before an order is placed.
