Every-Step QC, Not End-Of-Line QC
Our quality control processes include every-step QC and final QC checks to ensure that all goods are of the highest quality before packing. Checking only at the end of the line tells you a batch failed. Checking at every step tells you where.

Where Products Usually Fail
In portable audio the failure points are predictable: the cable at the strain relief, the printed legend on a touched surface, the power button, and the housing at the first corner drop. Every one of those has a dedicated machine on this list, because the failure is known in advance and can be designed against.
Certification Held
We hold a CE Certificate of Compliance issued by BCTC under the R&TTE directive 99/5/EC and a RoHS Certificate of Compliance, both covering Bluetooth speaker models ST-871, ST-872, ST-878, ST-861, ST-862, ST-868, ST-851, ST-852, ST-858, ST-821, ST-822 and ST-828, together with a Chinese utility model patent certificate. Certification scope for a new model is agreed per project and per destination market.
What To Ask A Supplier
- Which tests are run in house and which are subcontracted
- Whether QC happens at every step or only at final inspection
- Which certificates cover the exact model number being quoted
- Whether the approval sample is retained as the production reference
- Whether third party inspection is permitted before shipment
