Production Lines And Test Equipment

Every-step QC and final QC checks ensure that all goods are of the highest quality before packing. Each photograph below is captioned with what the equipment is and what it catches.

**Assembly line, Guangdong**Product assembly on one of the main lines. Our published capacity is 200,000 headphones and speakers per month across 10,000 square metres.

**Line-side staging and packing**Finished goods staged for final QC and packing. Final QC checks are completed before anything is packed.

**Aging racks**Assembled units run on aging equipment so early-life failures are found in the factory rather than by the customer.

**Aging equipment bay**Multiple aging cabinets allow a production batch to be aged without holding up the line.

**Battery capacity sorting cabinet**Cells are graded by capacity before assembly, so runtime is consistent across a batch instead of varying unit to unit.

**Visual capture laser engraving**Logo and legend marking with visual position capture, used where a printed legend would not survive the product's working life.

**PD test station**Charging and function testing on every-step QC, including fast-charge behaviour on models that support it.

**Horizontal and vertical flammability tester**Material behaviour under flame, tested on the housing materials specified for each project.

**Ball pressure temperature test chamber**Checks that plastics hold their form at elevated temperature rather than softening in service.

**Dual drum drop tester**Repeated tumbling to reproduce the cumulative damage a portable product takes over months of use.

**Mobile phone drop tester**Single-drop testing onto a hard surface, the failure mode most portable audio products meet first.

**Falling ball impact tester**Impact resistance of housings, lenses and display windows.

**Abrasion wear test machine**Surface wear over a working life, run on the finish specified for the project.

**Silk screen abrasion resistance tester**Back and forth wear cycling over printed surfaces to check that logos and legends stay legible.

**Button life tester and horizontal plug and pull force tester**Switch actuation life and connector retention, two of the most common warranty failures in portable audio.

**Wire flexibility tester**Cable bending at the strain relief, where cables normally fail first.

CE and RoHS Certificates of Compliance and Chinese utility model patent certificate — CE Certificate of Compliance issued by BCTC under the R&TTE directive 99/5/EC, a RoHS Certificate of Compliance, and a Chinese utility model patent certificate. The CE and RoHS certificates cover Bluetooth speaker models ST-871, ST-872, ST-878, ST-861, ST-862, ST-868, ST-851, ST-852, ST-858, ST-821, ST-822 and ST-828.

Questions About Our Factory

Can I visit the factory?

Yes. We warmly welcome you to visit us anytime. Our Shenzhen office is in Bao'an and our Dongguan site is in Hengli; message us in advance so the right people are there.

What is the monthly capacity?

200,000 headphones and speakers per month.

Is quality control done in house?

Yes. Every-step QC through assembly and final QC before packing, on the equipment shown on this page.

What certificates do you hold?

A CE Certificate of Compliance issued by BCTC under the R&TTE directive 99/5/EC and a RoHS Certificate of Compliance covering our Bluetooth speaker models, plus a Chinese utility model patent certificate.

Can a third party inspect before shipment?

Yes, at either site. Arrange it with us in advance and we will schedule it into the production plan.
