Development is where an OEM programme is won or lost. Our design team, research and development team and molding team work on the same project rather than in sequence, so structural decisions are checked against tooling reality while they can still be changed.

  5. Prototype and sampleA physical sample to confirm sound, fit and finish before tooling is committed.
  6. Pilot productionA pilot batch through the real line and the real test equipment.
  7. Mass production releaseReleased only after pilot QC results are accepted.

Do you work from a brief or from finished drawings?

Both. Our published services are design, molding, development, manufacturing and OEM/ODM, so a project can start at a written brief or at a completed 3D file.

Who owns the tooling?

Tooling ownership is agreed in the contract before the mould is cut. Raise it at quotation stage so it is settled early.

Can an existing model be modified rather than developed from scratch?

Yes, and it is usually faster. Several published ranges, including the fabric wrap soundbars, are already stated as customisable in length and power.

How do I send a drawing?
