We take pride in our rigorous quality control processes, which include every-step QC and final QC checks to ensure that all goods are of the highest quality before packing. The testing is done on our own equipment, on site, which is why the results come back inside the production schedule rather than after it.

What certification do you already hold?

We hold a CE Certificate of Compliance issued by BCTC under the R&TTE directive 99/5/EC and a RoHS Certificate of Compliance, both covering our Bluetooth speaker models ST-871, ST-872, ST-878, ST-861, ST-862, ST-868, ST-851, ST-852, ST-858, ST-821, ST-822 and ST-828, together with a Chinese utility model patent certificate.

Will my model be certified?

Certification scope is agreed per project, because it depends on the model and the destination market. Ask for the current certificate list for the specific model you are quoting.

Can I inspect before shipment?

Yes. We warmly welcome you to visit us anytime, and third party inspection can be arranged at either site.
