Brief
A buyer has a market and a brand but no factory-ready specification. We take a sketch, a reference pair or a description of the market and turn it into something a pattern room can work from.
Development
Leather, sole and hardware choices decide both the look and the cost. Our development team proposes options and confirms them with you before the sample is cut.
Sampling
A slow first sample costs a selling season. Sample delivery is normally 30 days once design and materials are confirmed.
Branding
Marking and packaging are usually decided too late. Brand marking, box and care card are fixed at the sampling stage so bulk does not surprise you.
Production
Quality drifts between the approved sample and the bulk run. The approved sample stays on the line as the reference for the production run.
Export
