Hardware and branding
Buckles, zips and marking drift between categories. Hardware finish and brand marking are specified once for the whole range.
Sampling
Separate sampling rounds run at different speeds. The set is sampled in one round, normally around 30 days.
Production and packing
Categories arrive weeks apart. The range is produced and packed here and shipped as one consignment.

Yes. That is the usual path - the existing shoe becomes the leather and hardware reference for the accessories.
