Promotional Towel Programs
Branded towels planned backwards from the event date
Why This Programme Exists
Promotional orders run on a calendar someone else set. The useful question is not how fast a towel can be made, it is what has to be decided this week so the shipment lands before the event. This programme is built around that timeline.
The 8 Stages And What Goes Wrong At Each One
Each stage names the risk before it names the answer, because that is the order a buyer meets them in.
Date and budget
Problem. The event date and the per-piece budget are usually fixed before the specification.
How we handle it. We start from both and propose the size, weight and decoration combinations that fit inside them.
Artwork assessment
Problem. A logo that works on a poster may not survive a weave.
How we handle it. We tell you which decoration method carries your artwork before the quotation is finalised.
Quotation options
Problem. A single quotation hides the trade-offs from your client.
How we handle it. You get several workable specifications at different price points so the choice can be made quickly.
Sample and sign-off
Problem. Sample approval is the step that eats the timeline.
How we handle it. A 10 day sample is produced as soon as artwork is confirmed, so bulk can start in the third week.
Colour matching
Problem. Sponsor colours are usually contractual.
How we handle it. Pantone references are matched on a physical lab dip and approved before bulk dyeing.
Bulk production
Problem. A 45 day window has no slack if approvals drift.
How we handle it. Production runs to the signed sample with the finished weight checked before packing.
Individual packing
Problem. Event stock is handed out piece by piece.
How we handle it. One piece per pp bag as standard, with printed bags, header cards or gift boxes on request.
Delivery planning
Problem. Arriving after the event is the same as not arriving.
How we handle it. We plan the shipping date backwards from your event and confirm the cut-off for each approval.
What You Get At The End
- The specification is set by the budget and the date, not the other way round
- Artwork is matched to a method that will reproduce it
- Approvals are scheduled with a cut-off for each step
- Stock is packed ready for handout at the event
