Alongside finished cord sets we supply the cable itself: flexible PVC cable for general appliance work and VDE approved rubber cable where the cord is handled, dragged or used at low temperature. Buying the cable and the cord set from the same supplier keeps the construction consistent across a product range.
Cord length, cable gauge and type, jacket colour and the connector at the appliance end are set per order. Complete OEM services are available.

How It Is Made
The plug is moulded directly onto the cable on our own tooling, so there is no screw joint and no field wiring. The company runs first class producing equipment and advanced mould processing equipment, and quality control is applied at each stage rather than only at the end.
Cable is supplied in bulk to the gauge, conductor count and colour specified on the order.
