Most of what leaves our plant is built to a customer specification. Tooling, cable selection and packing are all part of the same order.
What We Can Change
- Plug pattern — any market in our range, from NEMA and CEE 7 to BS 1363, AS/NZS 3112, SEV, IRAM, NBR and SI
- Appliance end — IEC 60320 connector, moulded outlet, ring terminals or stripped and tinned leads
- Cable — gauge, conductor count, PVC or rubber, standard or LSZH, jacket colour
- Length — to your drawing rather than a fixed catalogue length
- Marking — printed jacket marking on request
- Packing — retail or bulk, with your own artwork
- Harnesses — built with UL, CSA, CE, VDE or SAA wire and AMP, Molex, LEMO, JST or equivalent connectors
How an OEM Order Runs

- 2. We confirm and quoteWithin twelve hours, with the construction and the applicable approval stated.
- 3. Tooling if neededNew plug bodies are cut on our own advanced mould processing equipment.
- 4. Sample approvalYou fit the sample to the product and confirm before production runs.
- 5. Production and shipmentThree to four weeks, inspected and packed to the agreed format.

We do not use web forms. Email the drawing, the sample photo or the specification sheet directly to our engineers and it goes straight to the person who will quote it.

Do you accept OEM and ODM work?
Yes. Complete OEM services are available, and wire harnesses are built to customer drawings as ODM work.
What do you need to start a quotation?
Plug pattern, appliance end, cable gauge and type, cord length, quantity and destination market. A drawing or a photo of the existing cord is enough to begin.
How long does a sample take?
Tell us the construction and we will confirm the sample timing with the quotation. Production delivery is three to four weeks.
Can you print our brand on the cord?
Jacket colour and printed marking are available on request. Tell us what the marking needs to say.
Can you pack for retail?
Yes. Retail and bulk packing are both available, with your own artwork where required.
