The plug is moulded directly onto the cable on our own tooling, so there is no screw joint and no field wiring. The company runs first class producing equipment and advanced mould processing equipment, and quality control is applied at each stage rather than only at the end.
This build uses a three-conductor locking extension shore power cable set on heavy jacketed cable.

Why does a shore cord need a locking connector?
Because the boat or vehicle moves. A locking connector stays engaged where a straight-blade plug would work loose.
Is the cable suitable for wet locations?
Yes, shore power cords are built on W rated jacketed cable.
Which length should I order?
Order the length that reaches the pedestal with a little slack. Excess cable coiled on a dock is a hazard and heats up under load.
