NEMA locking cord sets use a twist-lock plug that is inserted and rotated so the blades sit behind the socket contacts. The connection cannot vibrate loose or be pulled out, which is why they are used on stage rigs, generators, pumps and any equipment where an accidental disconnection would matter.

How It Is Made
The plug is moulded directly onto the cable on our own tooling, so there is no screw joint and no field wiring. The company runs first class producing equipment and advanced mould processing equipment, and quality control is applied at each stage rather than only at the end.
This range covers L5-15P, L5-20P, L5-30P, L6-15P, L6-20P, L6-30P, L7-15P, L7-20P, L8-20P, L14-20P and L14-30P patterns, supplied as plug-only cords or as plug and connector sets on SJT, STW, SOOW and similar jacketed cable.
