Australian and New Zealand cord sets use the AS/NZS 3112 flat-pin plug, rated 10 A at 250 V for the standard domestic version. Every cord set sold into Australia has to hold an approval mark, which is why this range is built and certified to SAA.

How It Is Made
The plug is moulded directly onto the cable on our own tooling, so there is no screw joint and no field wiring. The company runs first class producing equipment and advanced mould processing equipment, and quality control is applied at each stage rather than only at the end.
We mould AS/NZS 3112 plugs onto H05VV-F equivalent flexible cable and terminate the appliance end with an IEC 60320 connector or with prepared leads. Two-pin Class II versions are available for double-insulated products.
