GFCI Protection adapter
A GFCI protection adapter puts ground fault protection between the outlet and the tool. It monitors the current going out and coming back, and opens the circuit when the difference shows that current is leaking to earth. It is the protection required for portable equipment used outdoors and in damp locations.

How It Is Made
The plug is moulded directly onto the cable on our own tooling, so there is no screw joint and no field wiring. The company runs first class producing equipment and advanced mould processing equipment, and quality control is applied at each stage rather than only at the end.
The adapter plugs into a standard NEMA outlet and provides a protected outlet for the appliance cord.
