A wire harness is a set of conductors cut, terminated and bundled so a whole loom can be dropped into an assembly in one operation. Building it as a harness removes the wire cutting, stripping and crimping from your line and makes the finished assembly repeatable.

How It Is Made
The plug is moulded directly onto the cable on our own tooling, so there is no screw joint and no field wiring. The company runs first class producing equipment and advanced mould processing equipment, and quality control is applied at each stage rather than only at the end.
We build harnesses with UL, CSA, CE, VDE and SAA approved wire and with AMP, Molex, LEMO, JST or equivalent connectors. Length, colour and connector selection follow the customer drawing, and OEM and ODM work is accepted. All products are RoHS compliant.
